RETURN POLICY
Our policy is in effect for 30 days. There will be no refund or exchange after the 30 day period. In order for your merchandise to be exchanged it must be unworn and returned in its original packaging. In order to process your return a proof of purchase should either be mailed back with product or sent via email.
REFUND POLICY
Once your product is received and it’s verified that the product is still in new/unworn condition we will send you an email notifying you that your item has been returned and passed or failed inspection. If your product passes inspection, your refund will be approved and began processing.
The processing of your refund can take up to 14 days after your product has been received not from the date it was shipped from the customer. If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days, please use the following steps:
Ensure that you received an email stating you will receive a refund.
Contact your bank or credit card company to see if payment has posted or pending.

EXCHANGES
The only way an item will be exchanged is if is damaged or defective by the company or during shipping. If you need to return an item send an email to endure5designs@gmail.com describing what’s wrong with the item.
SHIPPING
The receipt of your product will vary based on your location. Keep tracking number on all returns, refunds and exchanges.
